Missed DPD Collection

DPD have not collected my boxes, what should I do?

Please use our chat function on the bottom left side of the screen when you are logged in to raise a ticket, alternatively please contact the team at trade-in@shopiago.com and confirm the following:  

  • Full Trade ID  
  • Number of Boxes  
  • The collection address  
  • Contact number  
  • Shop Opening times  
  • Anything the driver would need to be aware of.
