Missed DPD Collection

DPD have not collected my boxes, what should I do?

Please ensure that the boxes weigh less than 20 kg and are manageable to carry by hand. Please use the chat feature to raise a ticket if you are experiencing persistent missed collections, or send an email to pro@worldofbooks.com with with the below details so we can escalate with DPD:

  • Full Trade ID  
  • Number of boxes  
  • Number of missed collections
  • The collection address  
  • Contact number  
  • Shop Opening times  
  • Anything the driver would need to be aware of.
