DPD have missed several collections, or are not taking my boxes

Please make sure boxes are under 20kg in weight and can be carried by hand easily. If you are having continuous missed collections, please contact us through the chat function to raise a ticket or email us at pro@worldofbooks.com along with your Trade ID (ZPXX_xxxx_xxxxxx) and DPD tracking number (starts with 0 or 00). We will then escalate this with DPD.
